Not so much as a bomb but a trade.
So a few weeks ago Dan in Michigan had a Spyderco Dragonfly for sale. I showed interest but it sold. Dan was nice enough to pm me and tell me he had another he wold sell. We settled on a trade and here it is!! With a bonus super cool paracord fob in my favorite color!! HOME RUN!!

Bombed by an eBay seller. Thanks Michael!

Hi folks,

So I bought a Schrade Uncle Henry LB-1 on eBay the other day. I'll be honest, the seller's user name seemed familiar but I didn't put 1+1=2 together.

Turns out it was the same seller I bought those 5 Carl Rader MOP PEN KNIVES from a while back. The guy I told you guys the story about him & a friend driving around Solingen buying up NOS from closed stores. Michael.

Well he did put 1+1 together & after I paid for the LB-1, he sent me a message asking how I was doing, had I been Vaccinated yet ect. ect. And at the end he said, Your LB-1 is on it's way to you & I threw in a little surprise.

As it turns out, it was actually 2 surprises. A small sharpening stone & a brand new BERGKVIST Tactical knife. My first knife of this sort. (not counting my Ken Onion Chives) What a nice & thoughtful surprise! It's a very nice looking knife and it'll shave the hair off my arm. I wrote back to him again today and thanked him for his kind gift.

I will be posting pictures of the two knives in a few more threads. Then add a Link to this thread so I don't have to repeat my story everywhere.

Happy Independence Day, everyone! Ain't freedom just the greatest thing since sliced bread!

In the "spirit" of the holiday ("...the BOMBS bursting in air...etc.") Ivoryman saw fit to go all in and send a B-2 Spirit (aka, Stealth Bomber) to simultaneously strafe both Wharncliffe Monkey and Stag Monkey in a 2-4-1 bombing run that landed this direct hit.
I've been looking at the Little Rattlers ever since they first dropped (pun intended!) but just never quite got around to pulling the trigger because, despite how much I liked the look, I was afraid it was just too small for my taste. Turns out, the size, while smaller than I normally prefer, does not detract from this knife at all as I was worried it would. In fact, I really love this little beauty...and coming as a bomb from a fellow AAPK member sweetens the deal even more, IMO. WOW...once again an Ivoryman bomb has left me speechless in shock & awe...Mission Accomplished, Ivoryman (and Jade, oh yeah, I know who was really at the helm of mission control directing this operation ).You guys totally R.O.C.K. in the USA!!!

I doubt I'll be watching any fireworks today since I can't seem to peel the Monkeys' chicken eyes and coon fingers off this sweet GEC Northfield #19 Sambar Stag Little Rattler.
