I got in a few here recently. A new Case Canoe with Brilliant Green Shamrock jigged bone handles. A Paragon skinner designed by George Herron and made in Seki Japan. Cocobolo handles, stainless steel blade and pins. The tang is tapered to give this more balance.
Last is a Henckels Whittler with premium stag handles.

Wow man, I'm absolutely drooling! Your Sowbelly isn't really my kindda knife, but something about that one is grabbing me. And those storage drawers, well, I am totally jealous! You really need to do somethin' very nice for that teriffic spouse of yours! You're not gettin' tired of her being around or anything, are you? LOL! BTW, Happy Birthday buddy!

This one MIGHT be big enough to get the job done Marco. It’s optimized for convenient two hand carry!
