The 893 is Autumn Gold.
A very attractive color. I wish I had a Schrade with busted covers that Jeff could spiff up like that 893.

Coinfolio and I had been chatting via PM, and he mentioned that he had an 833UH for sale. I couldn't pass up an opportunity to fill another of many holes in the Schrade collection. This one is a real looker. Needless to say, as long as I own it, it'll be a showpiece!
An SP2 was also included as a bonus. It looks to have seen some light use and carry, and it'll continue in that role. Soon I'll figure out its approximate time of production, just for fun.
Many, many thanks to Coinfolio for these excellent knives!

Excellent...I was aware of such lists for the Old Timer and Uncle Henry models, but heretofore not the list of "newer models." Have bookmarked it for future reference. Thanks for steering me towards it!

Those would nicely compliment my giveaway 12OT from 1992!

I need to slow down, but this was too good to pass up: an unused 61OT with box and paperwork. Thanks to Sanders Knives for this beauty!

That one is a beauty. The 61OT is a very elegant pattern with 3 very useful blades. It should be one of the more expensive OT patterns.

Thank you, Roland! This one wasn't too expensive. The 61OT's original suggested retail prices work out to about $55 in 2021 dollars. I paid more, but the small premium is worth it considering the knife's stellar condition.

A very nice addition to your Schrade family for sure Dan!!

Might as well call that one New Old Stock. Having the box and inserts a plus!! Beautiful piece.

Schrade made quite a few slender stockman patterns with the rounded bolsters. Here are a few examples. There are others such as the 897UH.
From top down:
Ulster 58OT, 3 1/4"
Schrade/Walden 855, 3 1/4"
Schrade 895, 3 1/2"
Schrade+ 98OT, 3 1/2"
Schrade 61OT, 4"

Great pickup Dan. One of the great schrade patterns that goes back to the cut co era.

Thanks to all for the compliments. And even better, I have more "slenderinos" to hunt down!

Here is the 825 SS Western slim stainless. 3 9/16. Shield has stainless stamped on it, tang has Schrade + on top line with U.S.A. 825 underneath. According to Orvet's research these were made in 71-72 . Had a chance at two of them so got em both.

Thanks TPK.
I am winding down my knife collection so if anyone is interested in buying these knives please send me a PM. These round bolster Schrades are some of my favorites so hard to let go of. But the time has come to pass them along to the next collector.
