Mark, I was pleasantly surprised when Gary had your 2 special editions that were exactly what I needed and willing to trade for them to round out that collection.

Just beautiful, Kevin. I have SSk/433's in both colors and they're 2 of my most prized knives. Only thing is, I'll never use mine so as to retain their new condition. Come to think of it, I don't believe I've ever seen a beat-up Moki knife.

They are beautiful knives and would make great users, but like you, I don't see myself ever using one of these as an EDC.

Traded Kevin, knifeaddict1965 for this Ruple designed Moki with brandy wine bone handles. It has the usual Moki tightness. Included an updated Moki collection photo as well.

Posting these here since Rob said they were made by Moki for A.G. Russell. Dog leg trappers made in Japan. Recently these made a come back in the A.G. Russell catalog with mammoth bark handles, sold out unfortunately. Just picked up the dark brown wooden handled one. Still searching for the pearl and mammoth bark. Didn’t know they made this with these ironwood or cocobolo handles, not sure what this wood is. Anyone know?
All stainless steel construction, VG-10 blades, stainless steel bolsters. Beautiful swedges on both blades.

Those are simply elegant knives and quite usable. Can’t beat the tolerances, construction and beauty of a Moki.

Can anyone tell me anything about this knife? It was in a box with other knives of my G'pa's. I know nothing about Moki knives and there doesn't seem to be any indicator of a model number or anything on it.

That is called the Silver Feather model number MK520. Originally sold for about 60 dollars, many years ago. Today I’ve seen these for anywhere from 75 to 200. People asking for 200 doesn’t mean they are actually selling for that. Arizona Customs has one they are starting out asking 325 for but I seriously doubt anyone will pay that for it. One just like it on eBay for 100 dollars. Hope this helps.
