I saw it Lee. You beat me to it. I don’t recall seeing one on a whittler pattern before.

Southington Cut Co - 3 1/4", Equal-End Whittler, Long pulls through the tang on each blade with 2 secondary pen blades (no file)...

Winchester Jr Stock Whittler - (Model #3046) 3 5/16" - Lightly used though some age tarnishing, etch and nickel silver liners and wedge, faux horn celluloid handles (one of my very few celluloid knives) ... Abit different than others but the back spring with wedge and 2 secondary blades (albeit not typical) along with a master clip blade makes it somewhat unique - and one can see why Winchester called it a Jr Stock Whittler based on the general design of a whittler...
