Got my grail knife today. A buddy and I went to Blade Show Texas and I bought a Case Barlow but the. We hit another knife shop on the way home (after a BBQ meal) and I ended up with the Case/Bose locking whittler I’ve been wanting the last 4-5 years. The price was right and the customs at the show were well beyond my reach so I pulled the trigger.

Thanks guys, Tom I will have to “update” my bank account first!! I feel like I got a really good deal on it, but it’s still the most expensive pocket knife I’ve paid for (that said I definitely follow the 9th point of the Scout Law😉).

You don't mind paying for quality and when you can throw in beauty you have a winner. Congrats on finding it at a good price. Are you going to use it? Sure a knice knife.

I don’t know if I can bring myself to using it for my whittling projects, it’s awful nice to be trying to reprofile the edge for my taste and getting scratched up in my pocket.

I would have a hard time using one like that. It would be a look at and handle on occasion knife for me.

Congratulations Wade. I have over
200 farmers jacks, but I carry a stockman and use it , I like to look at all of them. In a collection, you have lookers.

Thanks, and I doubt it will ever be in my pocket but who knows, I may get a wild hair.
