That was my 1st thought, Steve, but I doubt that Saguaro cacti grow in Wyoming! ::nod:: Maybe David is testing us.

You passed! David has no idea, it was in the picture I used as my model and I think you're right they don't
grow that far north.

I failed I did not see the saguaro cactus.
First thing I did was google the tower to see if there was a railroad nearby

I was watching, and I was hoping the same thing! That was a good one. How would you like to ride for a few hours alongside a load of fish?

What was it called?
It was a piece on the 200th anniversary of the first passenger train. The Stockton & Darlington railroad is on a 200th anniversary tour across England. CBS had an informative story with interesting coverage of the events and history of early travel by train.

That round house photo is cool.
I vcouldnt reproduce the pis but gr daughters hubbie is gettin bucco overtime this wkend. 25 car derailment of iron ore pellets in nw Pa yesterday. I would bet due to track rail contraction due to the cold azz temps we are getting. They can seperate a foot in this weather.

I would love to see this happen. Currently, trackage East of the Mississip isn't strong enough for the weight, maybe U.P./NS is working on that. ::super_happy::

Thank you Ike,
Already gave them my email and am in the club.
At least some of the track this side of the Mississippi is able to handle the Big Boy it rolled by my work in 2024, I was standing outside when heard the lonesome whistle scream and yes Jonny Cash is one of my favorites. I have a Lionel Jonny Cash box car. Only problem is it is not autographed. I will not miss the Big Boy the next time it rolls through my neck of the woods.
