Hey Jerry, I'm glad you like this one!

Jeff did a fantastic job on it, most well finished/comfy knife I have handled so far.
And He said it wasn't even his best work... ::uc::

I can just imagine what his "better" work must be like.

Yes it tis mate, based off the #19 E/O Slim Trapper.
Good lookin' knife mate.
::tu::
Willy, my friend, I was reading this thread and got to wondering if bighomer's Queen made Winchester might be a pattern #11 rather than the #19?
The 19 has heavier bolsters than the 11 which I believe was only made with one blade. Both are the same length but there are some differences. Just something to chew on. :)

Yo brother Philip,
I believe you are right sir...
Stand corrected, I twas meaning #11, not #19.
Sorry bout that folks. ::dang::

I got a couple of new ones yesterday: a 6318 Medium Stockman in dark red bone and an American Workman Canoe.

The reveal of the Canoe (no unboxing video for the Stockman, as I'd previously unboxed another example on video):

I just looked it over again and noticed there is no maker stamp on the tang, looks like a circled JF for Jeffinn personalized stamp, is that right? Wonder where he got Schrade blades with no stamp? Or did he forge one for replacement or what? Really cool, he didn't do that detail on any of mine and I love a personalized one like that. Like a Tony Wood or something. That makes it even cooler, congrats, one of a kind for sure.

Got these in the mail a couple of days ago, just hadn't posted them.
I got 5 Rough Rider Kit Knives I plan on giving as gifts to some of the grandkids. The metal is rough so you first have to sand and polish all the metal. The scales are precut and drilled, but have rough edges so they have to be shaped and sanded to be flush with the liners and bolsters. After assembly you do all the finally polishing and also the blades don't come with a sharp edge.
20210601_084420.jpg
Here is one that I'm almost finished with.
20210601_084211.jpg
I also got one of these Lever Lock knives with stained Hickory handles. There are no makings on it, but so far I'm finding it is possibly a knockoff of a German knife sold by Key West Knife Works. The knife is heavy and I wouldn't carry it unless I had suspenders on my jeans. I will just put it in the back of a display case and just look at it.

They should have fun with those! I've thought of getting one of the Case knife kits, for the fun factor.
