Also in your picture it looks like something is burning behind it.
Same loco, I didn't know if that pic was at IRM or not.
I would say the smoke is coming from the loco, see attached info.
From the grade of the Track and the Road running next to it, I can’t place it at Union it could possibly be on the museum grounds I am not sure. I have not been out to see the new barns.
Next weekend another big weekend they are staying open until 9:30 Saturday and Sunday. A blues singer and fireworks Saturday.
Thank you for making me checkout the Alligator.

Beautiful pics! That paint scheme on #1446 is awesome, and with that beautiful sky, hay field, flowers in the foreground, you have added a couple of classy looking shots to this thread.

I agree, Ike. The livery reminds me of those Mexican wrestling masks.

Went out to IRM for a late lunch on the Zephyr.
Back home to feed and let out the 4 legged kids. Make a cup of coffee.
We are now back out to listen to the Stephan Hall Blues band. He doubles as a Volunteer at the museum.
The better half is hassling me about being on the old man’s website.
Enjoy

Thank you JP
Only thing they forgot is there are no lights. The band is totally in the dark. Except for the occasional trolley going behind them.

One more train add for the day,
Found this Remington advertisement knife with etching.
Barrettt-ChristieCO, was an industrial supply company including railroad supplies. It must make it here also.
Enjoy another one of my dad’s (LK) excellent finds.
End of a cool Railroad day.

Now that is a cool piece of information.
So much easier to take a picture of the ID info plate and post it.
