We call her the Tiny Terrorist for a reason. She's smart and mischievous and we don't expect her to slow down any time soon. The beard used to be red.....before I started trying to keep up with her!!!

Yep, she looks every bit a little tornado, Charlie, and I have no doubt it takes all you've got to keep pace with her!
My beard was jet-black before LIFE came knockin' on my door!

Be careful what you wish for, Garry, you never know when those wishes will be granted, cuz if you'd had to do all the shaving in between from starting to where it is now you'd likely change your tune!
Besides, it not hard to tell from reading your comments that you're a refined gentleman already, beard or not!

Naw, that's not bad at all, Garry.
If anyone saw your picture and were to ask, "Does that man have a beard?", only a blind man would say "No".
There are men who just shouldn't attempt growing their beard, cuz they have no foundation to start with and it comes out full of empty spots; neither you, Charlie, or myself are any of those men.
When I first started fooling around with a razor as a young man, my dad told me "The more you shave it the thicker it fills-in", and since I've always wanted a thick beard I have shaved at every opportunity since.
With how my life is going at present, having or not having a beard is of little importance to me so I just let it grow, unfortunately, all that effort I put into making mine thick doesn't just come to a halt, so it's either let it grow or continue shaving every day, and since I currently have no reason to be clean-cut looking and am too lazy to continue shaving each morning, I let it grow.
Sooner or later I'll be invited to some sort of formal occasion that requires me to look my best, and when that time comes I'll either take it off right down to the skin, or simply take off the bulk at the bottom and sport some sort of styled goatee.
Once it's over the cycle will begin all over again!

It will never cease to amaze me how different folks actually look from what my mind's-eye was seeing them, and now that I see your picture you're no exception, you're much more handsome that I was giving you credit for! lol!

Marco you are very correct in pointing out how the reality of a person turns out to be very different from our imagination of that person.

Just look at that, you said in one short sentence what took me a whole paragraph to say!

We are getting a little excited about the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME tonight. Although we both won't be able to watch the whole game. She will be in Würzburg this evening so we can't watch it together either.

It's a team sport so, may the "Best Team" win.
