Chopped this tree down a couple weeks ago.....processing it down to firewood.
I use a Silky Gomboy hand saw for all the work.

That's a Remington, isn't it Scott? Really cool blade, I've had my eye on those for some time now.

It is indeed. # 7293
One blade has the 100 yr old stamp, another included the USA so it's newer....not sure why there are different stamps.

Good looking Remmi Scott. Those Silkies are a good saw. I had one of the 300mm versions. Great when camping and a good size for a backpack.

John, I'm liking that pattern of blade you are carrying. I am assuming that you drive to and from the trail each day and are not camping.
