Would one of you post a link to that video? Thanks!
I'm not computer literate enough to know how to post a link, Tony, but if you go to YouTube and search "How to center a knife blade without disassembling the knife", the results should come up for you.
It has something to do with loosening screws temporarily, but it's been so long since I watched it I don't recall for sure.
Perhaps Gus will post a link for you.
Good luck, buddy!

Centering a modern folder that has pivot screw and scale screws is pretty simple, you just have to carefully follow the instructions in the correct order. With a traditional pinned Slipjoint, it’s a lot tricker and there is risk of exposing the knife pivot pin which is not good. I know because I’ve had that happen a few times. The method for the buck 110 was a bit different as it’s a pretty sturdy knife, but it definitely worked and didn’t create any exposed pin or blade wobble. But you have to go slow, over do it and you’ll end up with either or both of those issues.

@#$%&$#!+, what a pile. Man you have the goods there bud. Every one is a looker and some of the best looking Queens I've ever seen. Beautiful, fabulous, gorgeous pieces. Congrats on getting so many together. That is a sight to behold. ::tu:: ::tu::

Your display of Queens is nothing short of spectacular, ~Q~, it seems you've been connecting with Rey for too long! lol!

I see you use those red felt storage pouches for your knives, how do you like them? I use to use them exclusively but I had to keep them zipped up to avoid the dust, but then I couldn't see my knives so I switched to clear plastic storage containers. I still can't see them as much as I'd like to, but they're better and dust free at least. When I was using them I was paying $29./free shipping from Amazon, but they wised-up to the fact that they are popular and bumped the price way up. I've seen them listed for $70. now!

As I peruse your staggering accumulation, Ray, what I find truly amazing is the astounding variety of shapes and forms that mankind has developed to employ one of the most basic and essential human tools: a sharpened piece of steel.🤯

Thanks to all for the comments on my ACSB sub-collection.

It may interest you to know that seven of those knives were acquired from other AAPK members, four were "bombs", one was won in the monthly giveaway, and one was modified by an AAPK member for me. So, you might say this has been a group effort. Well done, guys! ::tu::

My first knife storage method was heavy canvas Spyderco knife rolls that had clear plastic pouches to hold and display the knives and were secured with Velcro straps. Over time, I found that the plastic pouches became scuffed and cloudy from frequent arranging and rearranging of my knives (I think I probably have some kind of organizational OCD). I switched to the black vinyl, felt-lined zipper folders with elastic bands and have found them to be perfect for my needs. However, the elastic bands do tend to get stretched out and weaker when used to hold larger folding knives. I haven't purchased any new storage cases for quite a while, but the last time I did they were going for about $20 USD from online retailers. When the elastic bands in one of my zipper cases gets too weak and worn to adequately hold the knives, I list it on eBay. In fact, I currently have one listed right now. I'm always surprised at how much someone is willing to pay for what I consider to be a worn out and essentially useless knife storage case. Because I bought them years ago for only $20, I've actually ended up making a profit on them; probably even more profit percentage-wise than I've made from the knives I've sold. Go figure. :?

One of my smallest and favorite sub-collections is this little quartet of Case/Tony Bose Collaboration knives.

These knives are kinda special so they get their own special storage box

Good looking Bose Pieces Q, great group. They seem several cuts above the average Case. Those 4 are sweeties.

Kind of look out for these single spring patterns with two blades. Very thin, easy carry, large and small blades. Guess it's a sub-collection. Anyway, I like 'em.

Yep, that was another thing about those pouches I didn't care for, the stretched out elastic holders. They remain in good shape if you only put small knives in them, but who only has small knives, certainly not me! lol!
Great idea to resell them on the Bay, there's one born every minute over there!
As you say, they really do work well for holding your knives, but I couldn't stand not being able to see my knives any longer!
