Nice looking wood. The cocobolo seems to come in many shades. For those wanting an ebony Northfield lockback, I notice some of the cocobolo would probably do the trick. I'm trying one on for size.

Yet another pickup from a trade...

I know I know... A lot of bocote lately...

that's ok though!

I remember the first time i saw one of this pattern with the blades all fanned out in the display case of the factory at great eastern, awesome!!! (Yep, it was bocote too!

I finally was able to track one of these down, a 2008 #53 stockman in stainless...

hard little bugger to find, I think this is the first one I've seen out there.

here it is, great looking knife!

Boy, things sure have been quite around these parts lately...
Kinda strange... Hopefully this will bring things back to life a little bit? I acquired this one recently, pretty unique piece and a first to the collection. #89 in clear figured snakewood 1 of 8 serial #1.
