Thanks Knifegirl and Gino. The other knife is also a Henckels. 2 3/8 closed, sunk joints, tiny swedges all neatly wrapped up in a small frame. (Trying to get used to Photoshop again after not having it for a few years but it's a work in progress.)

Top knife has no markings ?
Bottom knife is a Schrade - Schrade Cut. Co. Walden N.Y. - (straight marking c 1904-1946)
Bottom is a Robeson - Robeson Cutlery Co. - (curved marking c 1896-1922)

Gino,

Now that hunting season is starting to wind down in Western PA, it's getting to be gunshow season! Do you head out to any of them?

I never have but I always want too. If that makes any sense? One of these days i will. I heard there is a big one coming in Washington Pa. in a couple weeks. I might try to get there.

Bret & I almost always try to go to the Washington show. Last time we went, there were lots of good knives there. Actually, I think we ran out of money before we ran out of knives that we wanted to buy. :lol: It's quite a drive for us, but it's all on the interstate.

Thats the 15th and 16th. Maybe we can get a bunch of the PA guys here to go?

That would be cool! We never know which day we will be going until we get close to the date. I know I have probably talked with people from AAPK before at gunshows, but asking people if they are members doesn't seem to happen much, so everyone remains a face without a name. I think we should all have buttons or pins that identify us as AAPK members? Might make it easier to meet people that we talk knives with everyday.. ::nod::

Nice knives Steve ::tu::

This one belongs in this thread also.
A nice little silver fruit knife.

Made in England, sterling blade, hallmarked.

Threaded bolsters and nicely carved MOP handles.
