Interesting--the "Otter" trademark was owned by Gebr. Berns in Solingen, so this was probably made by them? but the tang is stamped "Reykjavik, so I'm taking it as a knife from Iceland...

The"Otter" trademark suggests Germany, the "O. Ellingsen Reykjavik" tang stamp suggests Iceland, and according to Google Translate, the "Fiske Kniv" blade stamp is Swedish or Norwegian for "Fish Knife". A very multicultural folder, indeed!
