Interesting--the "Otter" trademark was owned by Gebr. Berns in Solingen, so this was probably made by them? but the tang is stamped "Reykjavik, so I'm taking it as a knife from Iceland...

That is a very curious knife ::hmm:: The"Otter" trademark suggests Germany, the "O. Ellingsen Reykjavik" tang stamp suggests Iceland, and according to Google Translate, the "Fiske Kniv" blade stamp is Swedish or Norwegian for "Fish Knife". A very multicultural folder, indeed! :D
