Regarding the watermarks - the 1946 catalog is exclusive to Larry's site. I think he wanted to protect his copyrights that way. To get this catalog without watermarks, need to contact him personally. I can't help with that.

UP: Just downloaded this catalog from Larry's site again - I don't have the watermarks.
