Well after many LBs from GEC over the years, I expected some blade movement/wobble. Every LB I have from them has some. Until now. This one blew me away with how tight and solid the lock up is. Zero movement, feel like a fixed blade, and such a sweet action and click I thought it feels like a Moki. Moki is the standard to me, the state of the art lock up. The best I've seen until this one. This one is like my Mokis and such a nice thing to be. Bought GEC for many years and this one is the first LB that has surprised me like that, but it did and really quite a bit. I just assumed they would all have a bit of movement and was fine with it. This has none, and it really made an impression. Hats off to GEC again.

Don't feel badly, girl, many of us had no idea about abbreviations for certain terms that are used often, we had to read, listen, and learn just like you're doing, and IMHO, you're doing great! ::handshake::
The maker is GEC/Great Eastern Cutlery.

My pleasure, Iman, I just hope you didn't feel I was stepping on your toes by answering, it just seemed like the right thing to do at the time.
And I am having a great one, hope you are too! ::handshake::
Even though I'm not replying to all the knives you post, buddy, you can be sure I do look at and appreciate them for their beauty just the same. I'm finding there aren't enough hrs. in the day to do all I want to do, so I need to cut corners where I can! ::shrug::
