This would account for you seeing your bid go in and then immediately a higher one. I rarely participate in the auctions cuz I find them too nerve wracking and disappointing, so I usually only look for B.I.N. listings where I can take my time and investigate all the angles before I lay down my hard earned money, so some or all of my above information may be way off. I fully agree that it's a real shame that sellers and people in general can't seem to keep their word when involved in a deal. Since we can, why can't they!
