Well Its finally done!

Way too many distractions has caused me to set the knife aside, from my car having major problems to my granddaughter having to move in with me. She was having roommate issues at college. Then the day after she moves in some dork thought it would be fun to smash the windows out of her car!

You wont believe it but then her starter went out! But got my self back on track and finished Mike's knife! And now the pictures!
Since we left the blades untouched I left the finish a little rough. My thought was the knife should not look new since the blades have all the wear and patina still. Making the rest of the knife look new seemed like a bad idea so I went for a look that would make one think that its been riding around in the pocket and getting regular use. Its tight and snappy! And the Elk antler has that pocket (worn) polished look to it. Hope everyone likes it!

Thanks guys! It took longer than I wanted to get it done. I appreciate all the kind words guys. I got legal custody of my granddaughter when she was nine years old. Great kid! Now she 20 and going to the university. My goal is to see her graduate!
