Nice, but still not enough to swing me to the Trapper Club.
Guess once a Stockman guy...
Steve,

From one stockman guy to another ... you might like this mod --->

That I like!
Funny, but the short spay on the stockman doesn't bother me like the trapper's long spay.
Don't know why. Just one of those things, I guess ::shrug::

You're joking, right?

That was a give away by Quick Steel.
Very generous giveaway at that !! Actually, the "rat trapper" is the name of that rare model with the sweeping clip blade (here's a couple on eBay https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R ... AT+TRAPPER+)

I had no idea. Knew it had to have some value because of the Stag handles, the embellished bolsters and the fact that it's serialized but never would have guessed it was that much.

Nice Trappers all ... I don't have many, other than the usual standard production, but here's one I picked up several years ago; I believe from Shepherd Hills as part of their Civil War Series ...

Nice knife CD. I'd be interested in a post, of the entirety, of the Case description, behind the knife. Very interesting. ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::

Howdy Doc,

The origin of the pamphlet under the knife is not from Case or Shepherd Hills Cutlery, my apologies for misleading anyone. The pamphlet came from a country store in the Shenandoah Valley.

I will send you a PM of it in its entirety ... thanks for lookin'!
