I like the versatility of those good old food knives like the filets and the traditional laguiole knives, so elegant and good for cutting your restaurant steak. :wink:
I also like that so very domestic French Douk-Douk. :wink:
But my favourite is the all-purpose traditional Gaucho punal with do-it-all, kitchen knife blades of anywhere from 5"to 10". :wink:
My eye seems to have picked up a tic.

I guess one of my favorite tacticals is in my pocket at the moment, a Quicksilver I got from Al Mar.
The first issue (like mine) had some issues with the tip lock, i.e., the blade cut through the tip lock, (good steel in the blade). :mrgreen:
I think the tip lock was changed in a later edition.

This is one of the numbered ones I got and used. This is not a knife that makes a good safe queen. It begs to be used.

Personally, I like the Snody designed Benchmades & my Buck/Strider's one tough knife.
