Here is a old North American Cutlery Co. Wichita, Kansas. Bone handles with double pulls on the blade. Its one of my favorites.

How about a new Jigged Antique Bone Case/Tony Bose Swing-Guard Lock in ATS-34 Steel....The blade features double cut swedging, traditional and French style nail marks, a flat taper grind and a satin-fiber finish. A milled stainless liner promotes improved blade fall.

The Swing-Guard Lock was inspired by Tony Bose’s previous encounter with an early Case Swell Center Jack pattern. Knives like these gave rise to Case’s ’65 pattern, the Folding Hunter; a staple in the Case catalog for decades.

Bose says early locking versions of patterns like these do exist, but those fitted with swing-guards are "extremely rare.” He points out the precision engineering and mechanics required to produce such a knife, stating, “It’s no wonder there weren’t many of them made.”

Oh yeah, its a coke bottle as well..

Thanks guys..That Antique Bone really makes it easy to take a nice picture. I wish I could take a Pearl picture that good. I don't have a lot of coke bottles but after seeing all the great knives in this topic I might have to change that...

Wow. Nice knives fellas! I have nothing special in the Coke bottle pattern. Case's small coke bottle is one of my favorite edc patterns. Here are a couple big coke bottles I have pictures of on my computer at the moment...

Here's my only Cokebottle.... '91 Schatt & Morgan.

I lied... I just recently inherited Aunt Edna's kitchen knife. This thing has cut up more chickens and sliced more corn bread than I'll ever eat, in this lifetime. It's a Tested XX.

Almost everyone has pretty, shiney knives to show, but I keep bringing home old used ones like this one I found this morning.

Oh well, Maybe upnorth will like it.

You and Ringmaster keep showing us Aunt Edna's kitchen knife and old used ones that you find hidden in the corner. These knives are what got me interested in collecting a few and will be a main goal of what I collect into the future..

I decided my main goal would be to collect C.F. Wolfertz knives. So far this weekend I've purchased a Buck Alpha, Two Camillus', a CCC1 & a CCC2, the Olcut coke bottle, and one ratty $20 Wolfertz. So I'm running 20% in keeping to my goal, and that's on pieces. I don't want to even calculate on a dollar basis. And....I haven't even looked at my '' watched list '' yet today. Let us know about a month from now how're you doin'.

old used knives can tell a story, old used knives have character, old used knives can be had at halfway reasoble prices, mint old knives are none of the above.

If you ever get the notion to sell that olcut cokebottle you just gimme a holler, maybe even credit it towards your next custom job

GEEE I wonder how long I have to keep this CHINA made Coke Bottle befroe some one thinks it old ???...
