All About Pocket Knives

Is it strange being excited to be sending and receiving a heap of crap in the mail? I tell ya, this is almost as exciting as winning a bid for a cheap price on a rare old knife. Almost.

I'm in! I always look forward to this. I have acquired a fair amount pos knives since the last time , or maybe thats where the pile of pos came from! The stink is getting pretty rank around here this stuff has to go somewhere.....

I'm in. 1st time for me.

It never ceases to amaze me how much trash can pile up in just one short year (+). I wonder why and where I got some of this garbage.

How do I find the 2014 thread for the pos round table? I went through general knife discussion, I think I saw every thread for 2014 and couldn't find it. I know it's starin' me right in the face but....

Yep, except for swapping one pile of crap for another, that's about it. We're easily entertained.

BUT I gotta tell you, I've never gotten a pile that I considered all shirt. Every one of these exchanges (and I've been in a few of them) have produced at least one that I was glad to have. It may have been a dud to the original owner but I liked it and still have it.
Once again it proves that turds are turds in the eye of the beer holder.

Alright alright....I hesitated briefly. ...but count me in too. I surely can scrounge up a clunker or two to pass on to some "lucky" recipient. ..

Well, I hesitated for a while like Mike. I didn't think I had any POS knives around that I wasn't packing!

But I went sniffing around and low and behold I smelled a stench in a forgotten corner. Sure enough it was knife excrement.

I apologize in advance to the "lucky" recipient of this gaggle of goodies.

I've not missed one yet so count me in. I KNOW that I've got some smelly stuff to send off and maybe make the air here in Kentucky just a little sweeter.

I'm sure I can unload a turd of a knife to a fellow knifer so count me in!

I've got my pile picked out, together and ready to pack 'em up for the trip to God knows where. The stink was getting so bad in here I had to move 'em out to the garage this morning.

I've gone thru the POS pile and recalculated....a couple times, actually.

It is a long wait. Should have ended signup tomorrow instead of next Friday. Oh well. It will give the pile more time to marinate and achieve that distinctive aroma we all know and love.

In case there's any doubt.
