Glad you are doing good Rocky.
I see the surgeon about my right knee next week.
You will probably have your other knee done before I get mine done.
You are pretty brave to have them both done so close together.

Thanks Dale! Today I went to the homestead and replaced a pump in the large ground fountain, cut down a tree, bucked it up, then stacked it. Took my Mother to lunch, came back to cut grass, pulled up a couple of dead blue berry bushes, hauled some trash to the dump and drove 55 min. Back home! It was a good day, I am tired but my knee feels great, no pain! God is good! I need to get the second one done the sooner the better and the sooner the healing and rehab. I've got to get back to work so my wife can take a sabbatical from her job and look after her Mother and Father.
Good luck with your knee surgery Dale I will keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers.

Harold I am not fully recovered by no means...still have to rehab to get full range of motion and full strength. However, 4 days ago I tripped and fell over my walker of all things getting up off the couch. When I fell I bent my knee fully and thought I'd broken it. The pain was excruciating but only lasted for about 30-40 sec. And from that point I had about 85-88 degree bend in the knee and 20-22 degrees straight. The only things that I struggle with right now is intermittent cramping. But for me... It's mind over matter, if I don't mind it doesn't matter. I thank God for all things good and bad for His wisdom is beyond my understanding. The Lord knows the needs of my family and I have faith He is making a way for me to recover so I can be there to help ease the burden of those needs. I told the Lord that I love Him and would give him all the praise and glory for the healing of my knees. My testimony is this, God's Grace, Love, and Healing Mercy is real! He is always faithful and true in all things. It is only by His Strength and Grace that I am sustained and it is sufficient!

Hot dang, Squirrel. Good to see you're on the road to recovery. It won't be long until you're running marathons. Way to go pal.

Rocky,
It's good to hear you're doing so well! Thank God for your great recovery on the right knee and now the left knee is done too. Other than those folks that are brave enough to have both knees done at one same time, this must be a record time

.
Keep us posted, we'll continue to keep you and your family in our prayers.

I have no regrets Dale. My left knee replacement surgery went very well. Our medical advances today are spectacular. I appreciate all of your prayers and thoughts. God has been faithful and good. My thoughts and prayers are for you and your family as well as you face your second surgery and I am sure that all will go very well for you. As you know you must work very hard at the physical therapy for all to work out well which is not always fun to do. The only good thing about it is the outcome and the ability to move and walk within normal strength and range of motion. Once again my very best to you and thank you for your thoughts and encouragement.
