The striations on the bone and the large spun pins were a dead giveaway

Here's that ulster. I picked it up last year at a flea market for $1, the pivot pin was worn or busted (can't remember) a new one set it right, with good walk and talk. Have been kicking the idea around of cleaning the blades up and/or rehandling it (the one handle has a tight crack at the butt pin). But still haven't decided.

My My niceuns guys! Heres a couple.
First is a CF Wolfertz circa 1863-19?? from Allentown Pa
Second is 203 Schrade NIB with 8.99 price tag.

Here are the Tested XXs as promised. Digging for these, I found a bunch more that I had squirreled away for a rainy day, and forgotten. My wife laughs that I can hide something from myself!! I just tell her, that's where oak trees come from, and besides, it's like Christmas all over again !

Upnorth; Very Nice Indeed

O.K. What little I have learned about Schrade, so far, tells me that this Schrade Cut.Co, and the Belknap above it came from the same place. Schrade made knives for Belknap Hardware; if you look closely, you will see the rivets and other details are identical. The Belknap was used, and then repolished (cleaned ) so the blade is narrower, but the DNA shows through.
I thought I had gathered all my Cut. Co.s together for display. Don't know how I could have missed this minty little guy. Almost had another Oak tree!

Incredible knives Upnorth, the Tested barlows are jaw dropping.. My favorite is the first one you have here, very nice indeed..

Awright, you guys asked for it, I'm not holding back no more!!!
Here is my, 'till now, secret Case stash! I was going to catalog all the differences in Case Barlows, and it just got out of hand. More keep showing up, so I quit for a while, but I may pick it up again. Trouble is, they cost a lot more now !
You'll find a TestedXX that didn't make it into the Tested picture above, and a Clauss, which I understand Case made on contract, and also a couple of 6205 models. Lotta redbone here!
