Thanks Coley and Joe. The American Shear whittler is a substantial piece of cutlery, but I do carry it from time to time.

Thanks Dimitri, lots of cutlery manufacturing here and Thomaston and Northfield back in the day.
And many other cutlerys in early Connecticut manufacturing.
