Great thread all. 9-ball you're teasing us with that old risque handle. This is a jumbo (4 inches long) sleeveboard pen knife. It originates from the late 1800s or early 1900s. Made by an undetermined Sheffield cutler for Army & Navy which was large department store and outfitter in London.
