I'm afraid I probably did worse than that to her growing up...

And she still brings you knives...Sweet!

Maybe you could tell your sister that I used to live in NH.

So, my sis is in town. And of course, she knife bombed me again.
Yesterday, we both went up north to visit some of our relatives. While up there, one of my aunts gave me a handful of knives that she thinks my uncle owned. Then her daughter, my cousin, showed up for lunch, and out of the blue, handed me a couple knives she got at an estate sale.
Here's a group shot of everything. A couple notables, this Gardner 1876, well-used as you can see, but cool none-the-less. The gem of the group is the schrade auto. It's got some age on it, but is about 99.5% all there. It has bone handles, which are a little washed out on the front, but solid, and fires great.
The Kingston is nice also, but a little rusty.

All of them are cool but that old Gardner is super cool (ah the stories if only) ,looks like she was rode hard but never put away wet.

A very thoughtful family, Glenn.
Great pile of knives.

Indeed as Joe said - you have a wonderful and thoughtful family

, and that is indeed to me something special above all else... family and friends are truly what we have in life and for me are priorities...
Great knives too Glen... that Gardner is indeed a special knife and not an easy stamp to ever find - as bighomer said - well used but respected with more stories than one can imagine... and I see a few others in the pile that make me smile

...

My sister is in town, and is her tradition, she usually brings me some knives that she has found in her travels. It does not matter to me what they are, as it is the thought that is more important than the knives themselves. However, she did a nice job this time

Once again, my thoughtful sister brought me some knives she has found in her travels. As always, the quality does not matter, simply the thought. Although that Boker sure rings my bell!
The wood knife kits should be fun as well!

My sister is in town for the holidays, and as is usually her tradition, had some knives for me that she found in her travels. As always, it's more about the thought than the knives themselves, but the Primble senator at the bottom is a treat...

With all those bombs, your shop must look like a war zone, but in a very good way. It appears your sister has forgiven you for any youthful mistreatment.
