Could be I'm a little slow but I'm looking for clarification on the next series from Great Eastern.

I understand all 6 knives will be released together. That is Tidioute, Great Eastern, and Northfield. That would be the larger trapper 23 and small trapper 73. They would be in Stag, Carmel Bone, and Amber bone. 4 knives would be in 1095 with two being in 440C. The knives are to be marked with 2006 date. Is this correct on the first release?

So your saying 2-4 weeks that will be a second release of knives from Tidioute, Great Eastern, and Nortfield. Will these additional releases be both the small and larger trapper?

Also, have you heard when other patterns will see production?

Thanks,
Tim Williams

Anyone have an update on when these knives will be shipping? Last I heard was the end of Jan and we are fast approaching the end of Feb.
Just curious!

I spoke with the receptionist on Friday for an update and they hope to have them ready in a week. I guess some problems have set in with materails but all will be well soon. Best I know. Good things are worth waiting for though.

The left is Horse cut bone, The right is Diamond pattern jigged bone. This is a big trapper, A Mans knife. I understand that this style of jigged bone has not been manufactured for a long time.
