GEC put some great stag on this run of 72's! Unfortunately, they didn't make enought to fill distributor orders. I heard they were short on "parts", but hopefully more are in the works very soon! Meanwhile; I'm jones'n for the clip version.

I am surprised not alot of people like the 23 pattern its a very useful knife

I love the 23! Also the 48, 57, 54,25, 12, 85, 68, and others, but you can only choose one.

Ain't no thing, bonky. It took me a heck of a lot longer than one post to find out what's what with the poll thing. It's that old American, "gotta be an expert the first time around with no experience." It's not that way here at AAPK.

My favorite is the #68 White Owl. Love the style, size, features, and materials of the Northfield version.

If I were to buy another today though, since I already own a #68, it would be a #53.

I had to go with the #72/#73 bracket, these knives have been a hit since day one and they deserve all the credit they get. I Have used a #73 for so many jobs and have never had a problem with them, they stand up to a days work and the don't back down. The #72 is a slick knife, it's so slim and sleek, it's just a peach to carry. I have had one in my back pocket for almost a year now and it is a primary food prep knife. The lock is really a great ease to my mind when cutting under pressure.

The #12 frame is an all time favorite of mine as well, the toothpick and the Powderhorn are awesome knives.
