It make any knife extra special to receive it from a family member as a gift! She did well. ::tu::

Bret's mom got each of us a Great Eastern. Mine is the top knife, Midnight blue. Bret got the Second cut stag.

Gino, I'M NOT SPOILED, okay maybe a little bit, but it's not my fault. ::huff::

KG, glad you like it. I'm in love with this new knife, the quality and craftsmanship is really outstanding.
The shield is also a beautiful attribute that goes really well with the wenge wood.

Wow those are awesome, I love the frame of their moose pattern knives, and a 73 is one of my favorites. 8)

She already has three sons, so I don't know? I am just glad she has adopted me! :wink:

Johnnie, I will admit, that I am spoiled! In a way, Bret has it made. Since I love knives too, he can buy "me" one, and knows he gets to keep it for himself also!

We had Christmas with my parents and family today. We draw names between adults to keep cost down and my little sister did good! ::ds::

hey y'all got a 32 inch hd flat screen and a hundred bucks from the job, i bought some gifts for the family and then i bought myself a kershaw"needs work" assisted opener. it is 4 and 1/8 closed and 7 and 1/2 inches open with a clip for carrying in the back pocket. it is crazy sharp and the assisted opening feature is smooth and fast. i beleieve the handles are g 10 and it is a liner lock also. here are a few pics.
