Justold, I like that. Very very nice and that is a Schrade IXL set, isn't it?

MM, I like your corner. I see you have your BFC schrade forum knife prominently displayed.

Phil

a couple of Camillus Camco dealer display cases I haven't had time to clean up and fill yet.

jonet143 ; (did you modify the case?)

Yes I did. See the place where the gun barrels rested on is gone.

See the 3 lights at the top. When I close the door I can't see them even with the lights on because I am 6' 3". When I take a photo with the lights on its too much glare.

I am thinking of some kind of backing to place on the back like blue felt?
So the knives stand out and no glare from the backing. If you all have any ideas post them Please.

Yes out side lighting is helping .My son and I are working on and learning about photography now.

Thanks for you help and comments jonet143

Muskrat man: nice set and show man but one thing to help you IMO the books need to be placed some where else. Get more knives ok = I do like that arrow head display. NEET ::tu:: You must not have small kids around to touch the Schrades display or what do you do when they do come over to your house?

JT,
Broadhead collecting is another hobby of mine. I am 16, and I'm the only little pinhead that runs around the house, so I don't have to worry about no little ones getting hurt. I mean the kids, and my knives

Beautiful displays everyone ::nod:: This may be more storage than display but I just bought this cabinet a few mins ago for my knives. The drawers are about 18 x 10 inches and vary from 1 to 3 inches in depth. Should provide a suitable home for my relatively limited collection...for now. :) s-k

Here's my display. It's not a very good picture, and the glass is spotted up from not being cleaned lately, but I thought I'd share it any way. All of the knives are Case XXs, older than 1970.

I like this thread; Lots of good ideas for displays. Here are some really bad pics of a display niche I built into my 'Man Cave' (combo home theator-computer station, hunting gear storage area, gun locker) The bent glass shelves came from Home Depot. I display my favorite toothpicks of the hour here and my wife sticks up some of her odds and ends we pick up during our trips around Michigan.

I make use of the six knife plexiglas knife stands shown by ElLobo earlier. None of my knives are safe queens; they are here to be admired by me and visitors. Being a pattern collector, I expose myself to many, many different brands, Like who hasn't made a five inch toothpick/fishing knife over the years? The original 'Bad Boy' of knives. Top two shelves, to the right side, are my favorites, handled in Abalone cell, real MOP, Ivory.

SmilingKnife and Angie: Nice. I like all those old Case knives and I like that neat drawer affair.

Phil

ps to Muscrat Man... yep, I am the guilty one. I like your broadhead display... I bow hunt myself and I'll be leaving here in a couple of hours for the morning hunt.
