Buck and Utica for Wooden Wednesday plus another red bone Barlow.

That Case Barlow is a looker Tsar. Love the scale and bolster combination.

I bought the Gerber in 1975. The Camillus was made in the mid-1990s.

Chris that brown handled one catches my eye but both are great knives.

Thanks, doglegg. I didn't know anything about the 72 until I started reading AAPK. But ya'll inspired me to try one & now I'm a believer.

Back to the WW2 era today. Stuck in the past, can't get enough.

Iman, Truth be told, having had this for some years and lacking my records I am no longer sure. It looks like buffalo horn but I have an idea it is otherwise. I am hoping Dale may stop by and straighten me out.

For the last few days I cared thr 1974 Loomfixer. Yesterday and today the redone 4 line Camillus Cattle knife. Two of my favorites.

Can't go wrong there. A classic Case look, chestnut bone. Is the blade CV or Tru-Sharp?

I always love to see that jack. I have a cow knife with the same bone and shield that has a horribly loose master blade (almost like the pivot hole was bored out or overworn). I am thinking of trying to find a replacement blade and asking one of our fine AAPK knife artisans to make it right again. It's too pretty to sit on a drawer unused.

Nice pairing David, I think if I had that cattle knife it would find its way into my pocket quite often.
