That is a mighty fine knife and purchase, glad you bought this for your collection. I was interested as soon as i saw Ray put it up for sale. But have blown my budget out for the year and i have 2 knives in the mail, a man has to know when to apply the brakes and know his limitations.

Thanks very much Glenn and Cudgee, it looks very fine in my display case.
Cudgee I've blown my knife budget. I invest in precious metals and I really need
to concentrate on that for awhile, but a good knife is so hard to resist.

This is the first Rough Ryder I have purchase in over 8 years. Saw an email for these a couple of months ago and have been wanting to see what they were like. I must say I am very impressed. Damascus blades and the bonestag is done very well. Fit and finish are very good and I can’t kick about anything. I waited until I was ordering from SMKW for some supplies so that I could get free shipping since this is only a 23 dollar knife. I don’t like paying 6 dollars shipping on 23 bucks, call me cheap but it’s too high of a percentage to add on just to satisfy a curiosity.
It’s actually a very impressive knife, especially at this price point.

Beautiful colors and pattern on that bonestag, kindda caramel and licorice! Totally agree about the shipping, 25% is a bit stiff!
