Thanks guys. Ken it has the star on the back side of the tang which indicates it was made by Boker.

Mansolingen that's the first one of those I've seen. I love the shape of the blade and the handles. Looks like it would be sweet to use. Do you know anything about when it was made ?

I contacted Puma, and the best we could come up with was the 30's.They had not seen one like it, but had seen the higher model no in the forty's, but not one this low, here is a pic of the other side. The Foreign stamp was used by Germany after 1926 to export to England, as I have read.There is a 6302 for sale on ebay, it is different as well. PS, there was one for sale, I now own another 6302 Puma.

2 Scout's with compasses, both are Catt's, with a tang stamp that I have!!

No posts in this thread for a while so I'll ad a couple of my Remington Highlander Boys with the blade etch .

Nice ones! Here are a couple I picked up last weekend at a flea market located on the 127 mile Michigan Avenue yard sale. The Ulster was rusted shut and took a good soaking(and a better pair of pliers)to finally get it opened.It actually cleaned up rather well. I bought it because I didn't have a 5 blade Scout knife in my collection.
The Sword brand had great blades but the handles had shrunk badly. Some scrap plexiglass and liner made of prismatic vinyl lettering material created a unique and useable utility.Total investment:$14.

Just picked up this early 1905-14 era WR Case and sons scout knife , been after a decent example for a long time . Posted as the master blade having no snap but after a little cleaning it snaps great now .

Great looking old Case. The raised letters on the shield are just shout old school.

I bid on that Case knife. I am glad I got outbid by someone here. Beautiful knife.

I'm sure if it was posted as having great snap on the master blade the price would have tripled
for a 100 year old knife its sure is in nice condition
