A Richards shell handle with bail, and a John Fale bone pen. This is the only Fale I have ever seen.

Yes, I think that's what it is. The blade is shorter than the handle with a filler taking the extra space.

John, it's actually Rosewood. In my photo the light really makes the grain stand out and appear more prominent than IRL. My iPhone camera tends to produce photos that look like they were taken through a microscope, accentuating every minute detail.
Here's a more realistic looking shot of my two Rosewood S&M Heritage Jacks together:
