I just bought this knife, another Camillus 72 variation. It's another Craftsman 9494, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, "whittler" pocket knife. It looks like it's going to need a cleaning. When I receive it, I'll look it over and clean it up. Pictures will be taken and posted in the appropriate location(s).

This evening I purchased this knife, a PASTOR ALEMAN (German Shepherd) pocket knife. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial Mexico story/connection. This is the only picture that was available. I really don't know what to expect with this one. When I receive it, I'll give it the once over, take some pictures and post them in the appropriate location(s).

Looking good Skip & Jerry! ::tu:: ::tu:: :D

Just picked up this one. ::super_happy:: Apparently it's only stamped "Solingen Germany" & the scales appear to have a slight difference in color but I still like the looks of it. I think it will make a nice EDC. Can't wait to get my hands on it and give it a closer inspection. ::groove:: Do you call this a "Bear Head Jack"? ::hmm::

Thanks for looking! ::handshake::

I'm a sucker for Camillus 14's. Picked this one up off eBay today for cheap. Kind of hard to tell from the pictures but I think it will clean up quite nicely.
It's living proof that Camillus did make a #14 in Indian Stag. :)

Got a good deal on this one - a 1948 48CAP with original sheath. 3" blade, rare green plastic handles (1948 only). Some one messed up the stamp "cleaning" it, but it's obvious what it is.

An odd thing about the sheath, it's one of the few that have both the oak leaf/acorn pattern stamped into it AND the name WESTERN near the throat. Most sheaths have one or the other, but not both, if they have any decoration.

When the P series came out in 1948, the color options were red, ivory, orange and green. In 1950, green was dropped from the options.

Today, I purchased these two knives for best offer. Both are PASTOR ALEMAN (German Shepherd) pocket knives. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial Mexico story/connection. The first/top knife has a "Moose Head" on the handles. Both have a German Shepherd on the tang. That qualifies both of them for residency at the zoo. They may need cleaning. When I receive them, I'll give them the once over, take some pictures and post them in the appropriate location(s).

Compared to the other Mini-Trappers. Some would call it a slendarino. Are you satisfied with yours?

I guess, I've toted it a few times, no serious use that I remember, like you it was cheap and being the frugal guy that I am I thought it wood look good among the other trappers. I don't skin the tree rats that I kill just feed them to the buzzards.

This one is on it's way. It was on ebay, and I made the seller an offer. Said blades were scratched and stained. Blade stamp is Robeson Shuredge U.S.A. with Shuredge in Script. Might clean up good.
