I got this old Sears I bought at a yard sale that has a broken main blade. There's just something about it I like. I will probably try to make the blade into something to carve with.

Did the clip break in that shape or has it been smoothed up a bit? You almost have a Warncliffe blade as it is. I've got an old Case Moose that is a mighty fine knife with a re-profiled blade like that.

Forced myself to swap out the LFP knife. Trapper by Queen/S&M, lockback by Buck, sleeveboard by R. Klaas.

No I smoothed it with a file. I have to tweak it a little bit to my liking. It holds a great edge.
Nothing like giving a broken knife new life
It sure will Richard Thanks!

Thanks, much appreciated. I furnished the paua for the swayback, I don't think Ken has made another one like it.
These two today, Loveless design drop point from Beretta and a wharncliffe that ABS J.S. Bruce Barnett, Australia, made for me. Bruce's starburst mosaic damascus, sheoak lace scales. The Beretta is the closest to an original Loveless drop point that I have found, made by Hattori, of course.

Great ones Mman,
Doug that looks a lot like a Northwoods Indian River Jack plus the pen blade. Wonder if knives like that gave Derrick Bohn the idea. Cool knife for sure. Looks new too, can't beat that. Tidioute today.

I forgot how much I like using (and CF&CE) the little Klaas sleeveboard, so I had to carry it again today. Stuck a Churchill in my LFP for backup.
