I'm still alive. Got the damn 'rona along with the wife a few weeks back. Was not a fun two weeks. Stuff still tastes funny. Oh well.

Thanks, I've had worse hangovers, they just didn't last as long.

The truck is a 72 Pete, gonna be my camper toter. It's got two transmissions with overdrives in both both boxes. 3.70 rears and 24.5in tires. She'll do about a 108mph if you've got the balls. I don't anymore. She runs 70 nice and quiet. LOL

At our age, Hangovers would probably last longer now also.

Back when I was young and in the military, would have to get up and do P.T. with a hangover and could smoke cigarette's while doing our 2 mile run. That crap would kill me today.

You said a camper hauler? You talking actually hauling campers on a flatbed or have you done turned a 45 footer reefer unit into a camp palace?

Appreciate it guys. This was at a local family run Mexican Restaurant in our area. The layout of the dining area is open in the center with cafeteria style tables and booths down the back wall. They are back serving now, all they did was take out every other table in the rows of cafeteria style tables, and actually used black and yellow "Do Not Cross" emergency tape to tape off every other booth. Great food there if you like "Authentic" south of the border style food.

I remember those days in the Navy. Wouldn't even try now. After 50 years I'm finally nicotine free. That's one thing I can thank that damn covid for.
As for the old Pete, I'm retired, it's retired and running antique tags. I'm going to buy a 37' or thereabouts 5th wheel RV to drag around behind the old truck. Won't have any trouble maintaining speed if the wind gets up or we're going up a hill with a 400hp Cat under that hood. Fuel mileage will be about the same as a pickup would get pulling that load. I figure around 9.
