I really enjoy seeing these older Jigs. Always fun to know of the older stamps.

Here's an older Utica NY easy opener Jack that I got in the mail today and I'm gonna need to help it out a little without going too far. Very solid knife in spite of the obvious damage time has done to it. Check out the older UTICA stamp on back on that main! Pretty cool.

Here ya go knife-nut! Didn't go too far on this old 1915 era UTICA EO mainly because i didn't want it to look new. Decided for now to leave all the burrs and damage to the main for sake of authenticity.

Thank you Jerry! Mike, aka galvanic, says it's a true 1915 era Utica NY. The "WARRANTED" with UTK stamp on the back of main is a very rare find indeed, according to Mike. Wooooohooo!

I really like the cut co because of the factory glaze finish instead of the usual crocus polished main blade. I just don't see the glazed ones as often.

Does the Ulster have a Craftsman etch?

Yes it's light, but still there. I really need to get a nicer camera.

How are the back springs

The backsprings are also stainless, strong as bear traps, and absolutely beautiful. I love stainless schrades. Easy to maintain and easy to clean when they are found in the wild

I know, that`s why I asked how they are, I have a dozen of them with broken back springs. They had trouble with getting the spring temper right on these knives
