Yes, i sort of forgot that. I don't have an Imperial Hammer brand to check. Did they put "Imperial" on the back side tang ?

mine does not have Imperial on it anywhere but the small blade has a patent # on it. It may be a older knife as it is not a shell handle as most of my hammers are. ::shrug:: it's a sweet little thing, the shrinky dink plastic handles have not shrunk to much yet.

Not Empire so my second guess is Miller Bros. because they too made fancy 'Gents' type pocket knives.

That pen rings a bell. I believe I saw another one quit similar to it, posted sometime back on the forums.
Well, that doesn't help any, way too many different knives been posted to narrow it down any :lol: .
I'll throw Montgomery Wards into the ring. Just picked it based off of other pen knives, posted around here :mrgreen: .
