Orgill is a hardware distributor that was founded in 1847 and is still in business to this day. I had posted a picture awhile back of a Schrade knife with an Orgill shield on it and there was a discussion about it. Here is a picture of it. The knife you posted bears a resemblance to a Schrade.

That’s got to be a pretty rare knife Jerry. I agree with what others have said - it looks like a Schrade to me.

Here’s my entry. No clues to start. It does comply with the OP statement

I was also thinking "Flummoxed Cutlery" I remember that in Charles Dickens' 1837 novel: "The Pickwick Papers" Mr. Dickens carried a Flummoxed pocket knife.
