Thanks monk. It's pretty much a perfect knife. I like that deep green bone and jigging pattern on yours and Barry's. I'm into the bone scales for awhile I think.

the two small blades, have half stops, but the main, does not___none are ""nail breakers""____backsprings are like on the congress pattern ( user friendly)

That's super nice...the red is great looking...I went with the black and the front side is dark as dark and the rear is more like a dark brown with red undertones very cool too....

Two recent acquisitions that are seein' some pocket time--a 73 Scout in Ruby Red Buffalo Bone and a Calf Roper in Indian Choffee.
I love that little Calf Roper! All three blades came sharp enough to slide right through paper. Not a huge deal to me but this one had the best edge of any GEC so far! Great knife that's pocket friendly and stout enough to inspire confidence.
Now I need a Cattle Rancher to keep it company!

Look what I found at TSA last week!
Only a few of these made, but I have been looking for a GEC Cuban in 440 to take camping and such, and this was just screamin' at me!
I might have to carry this one …
