Thanks woodwalker, it's always nice to hear the good words...just decided to downsize my collection by around 300 knives, mostly Schrades and a few GEC's. Anything in particular you might be interested in?

Very very nice dweb!! :) Those will give any veteran the shivers! I am a Navy vet myself and my grandpa Brown was at the Battle of the Bulge. Got a picture of him in uniform. He didn't speak much afterwords. He died when I was 12. Beautiful grouping and thank you for showing them!! :)

Sweet set dweb!
Great to see the AF represented. Knives commemorating us fly boys are few and far between.

Got a couple of little knives in the mail today. One a Sway Back Gent TB61117 in burnt chestnut from 2009, the other a Mini Copperhead 62109w in navy blue. The scratches on the blade are camera reflections.

Nice looking knives. I particularly like Copperheads; I have a Case and find I use it often,in fact daily. Good pattern.

I was bum foozled for a minute there but your swayback is a single blade so they call it a 'Swayback Gent'. Mine have a secondary blade so they call it a 'Swayback Jack'. Gotcha. Well made knives. I like 'em. The Mini-Copperhead is a little small for my taste and yet, I still have a couple of them. Go figure.

I especially liked them as they were wharnies. And you are right Jerry, not very big knives. Thanks for the comments. ::nod::

Doglegg I like that Swayback. I bet it feels good in the hand. I'm hoping to add one to my collection someday.

Doug, it is actually a little small. Don't get me wrong but it feels more like a Sunday knife rather than an everyday knife. If there is a next size bigger, I bet it would feel better, at least in my hand. But I like it and glad I got it. Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I think the swayback jack is a bit larger.

Jerry, in reply to Dave, does the Swayback Jack fill the hand pretty good? The Gent is pretty small.

The swayback jack is the same size as the gent. The jack is a well sized relatively small knife that doesn't feel too small to be useful, and it just flat looks good.

These two Bulldogs came today: a Geenbone Sowbelly with Cutting Horse engraving. Every thing tight and snappy. The rear blade is a bit too tight which led me to getting bit. Then we have another early dog, a Canoe with MOP and stainless steel blades. A little gem. Much nicer than it's pictures.
