The haul includes 3 Queens from Bruno (bdev):

- #14 Peanut in Winterbottom Bone (1961-71)
- #11 Easy Open in Winterbottom Delrin (1978)
- #66 Muskrat in Winterbottom Delrin (1976)

You're welcome and thanks for bidding.

BTW....There are 4 Queen #10's on the for sale forum if you're in the "buying mood".

lol - I tried to get a couple of the #10s you sold on ebay today, but they went over my price. I think that's just as well - I think I need to pull back on the throttle just a bit... :D

It's been my experience that the only way to control the throttle is with a governor...an external piece of machinery that is also commonly known as a "wife" ::nod::

I already posted this one over in the Fixed Blades forum. At only 6" OAL it's so small it feels more like a folder. And, for obvious reasons, the sheath really appealed to me as much as the knife.

That's a nice one. Of all the Queen knives I've bought over the years, I never bought a fixed blade. If a find a Queen City with a sheath that's not over priced, I'm going to consider bidding or buying.

Don't we all. ::facepalm::

If you like any of the 10's I posted on the "For Sale" forum, I'd consider trades also.

So IHK (Indy Hammered Knives) reached out to me via email last week to see
if I'd review a knife and post my thoughts. I could pick any knife I wanted.

I called and actually talked to the knife maker, James, himself. After an enjoyable discussion he asked
if I'd like to try making a knife? He sells kits, all a monkey like me has to do is follow the instructions!

Here's his website if you want to see his work: https://ihknives.com/

Here's what I received today!!!

I saw this on on ebay and said it's too cool not to own so I bought it. I'll never carry it and it's not one that fits into what I collect but I just had to have it. Did that ever happen to any of you????

Yesterday's mailbox bounty. The Camillus 72 is from eBay. The Case Peanut, I bought off of Scott and Scott being Scott, he threw in the Steel Warrior Stag Copperhead. Thank you Scott. You are too generous my fine feathered friend.

The Steel Warrior is actually a well made & solid piece of cutlery.

I got a couple of bottom feeder priced knives in the mail. One an old Robeson that you can barely make out the tang stamp and the other a Shapliegh Hardware knife. I can't make out all the words on the wood handle but one word is shoe.
