Here is something a little different. The Winter Solstice is only a couple of days away, so the Sun is at it weakest time of the year. In order to help it regain its heat and light, I kindled this little fire and cut it an apple.

Q, The lava makes a fitting backdrop for a knife out of Iceland. Beautiful Ellingsen!

I like that one of yours too. I tend to think of the authentic Skean Dhu as having black wood handles, but no question the stag is nice.

Here are a couple of more shots of mine with some replica walrus chess pieces from the Hebrides.
