Just received the knife.The picture does not do it justice.Schrade was at it's best when they made this knife.

I have been looking at the Schrade New York knives for a while and finally bit the bullet and happy I did. :)

I had been wanting one of these for a very long time, a Kershaw Leek with the composite blade.
The cutting edge is CPM D2 it is beyond scary sharp and my new EDC. I'm loving it!

Today's mail drop. Kinda reminds me of the Kershaw 1820 Needs Work. It's the blade profile that sucked me in. Pacific Rim origin.

Yes Sir it is, I think it is the best pocket knife carver. D2 steel and it can get sharp and hold an edge. And the blades are the perfect size for me.

I'm really happy with these three.

A S&M 042206 Teardrop EZ open 3 3/4"
Remington R103-B Bone handled "Old Reliable" 3 5/8" manuf 2004
Queen #15 Half Congress with Winterbottom Bone 3 7/16"

The Remington is going in the pocket for at least a few days.
