Looks right at home in your flower garden, Kevin ::tu::

At first glance I thought it was my old Antique Bone S/N 055 (max magnification to see S/N on blade just above the tang):

But after closer inspection I realized it was my old Persimmon Bone S/N 031:

Always enjoy visiting with my old Mini-T friends who have left home to seek their fortunes elsewhere :D

I really love my Queen Mini Trappers but I wish they had made more with stag handles. For some reason Queen didn't put stag on very many Mini-Ts; I've seen it used more on the smaller #9155 pattern than the standard 3½" pattern #51, but still not even very many of those either. In fact, this #51 SFO for the Smoky Mountain Viewers Club is the only Queen #51 I've ever seen with a stag handle ::uc:: (not counting the one released under the Schatt & Morgan brand name, which I'll show next ::suspense:: ). I wonder if that's because Case bought up all the stag? ::undecided:: (Case released a ton of stag-handled 07s)

If not for the Smoky Mountain Viewers Club requisitioning a Queen Stag #51 no such model would exist and the world would be a sadder, lonelier, emptier place as a result ::teary_eyes:: Just think, all it took to make the world a better place was 150 Queen #51 Stag Mini-Trappers specially factory ordered for an obscure TV shopping channel  By small and simple things are great things brought to pass.....Never underestimate the power of small things to make a big difference. ::nod::

Beautiful Stag Queen Mini-T and interesting story, Q. ::tu::

As requested by the Mini-T Master himself, I am posting this Case USA era Reddish Bone Mini-T. This is one of my prized Mini-Ts, not so much for it's beauty and desirability, but more for the fact that it has a layer of QTCut & Ivoryman DNA on it.

Not to mention the fact that it was made in 1965-'69.....yeah, 1965 was a pretty good year for many reasons

Oh, and, BTW.....I bought that USA era Mini-T from knifeaholic, so you can add Steve Pfeifer's name to the list of co-conspirators with traces of DNA on that knife :D

Great info to add to the wonderful history of this knife, Q! ::tu:: Unfortunately, as much as I love this Mini-T and the history that goes with it, I don't foresee us adding any additional DNA as long as I'm still around.

This 2002 Schatt & Morgan 032151 Stag Mini Trapper is one of my more unique Mini-Ts and only the second Queen made 3½" Mini Trapper I have ever seen with Stag handle scales. Like the first one I posted earlier it's also a SFO but instead of being etched on the blade, the requisitioning concern, C&W, is stamped on the master clip blade pile side tang inside a double diamond--very classy! Master Clip blade is etched with the S&M logo and both blades are also tang-stamped with the S&M logo on the mark side and have full double-sided swages. The pile side of the secondary Spay blade is etched with the Queen/S&M model number, 032151, and has the date, 2002, stamped on the tang. The Bar Shield is the chef's kiss on this gorgeous creation. C&W spared no expense with this SFO and gave it all the bells and whistles. ::woot::

I haven't seen too many S&M Stag 51s, but that is by far the nicest of the few I've seen. Love the swages on both blades and that Stag is gorgeous! ::tu::
