My latest Rough Rider pick up is this bone RR750 double lock blade new in the box. Its a small one, 3 and 5/16" closed.

You have some RRs, though, right, Marco? Where did you get them from?

Yes, I do own a few RR's, Tim.
I got them from various places, ebay, AAPK sellers, the occasional CDN store, and AAPK friends who will buy them and then ship them to me, and I PayPal them the money.
It's good having friends!

I got a few new ones during SMKW’s Black Friday sale, so I’ll be posting them here. I labeled them at the bottom of the photo so everyone will know what they are. Here’s the first. This looks like your kind of knife, Marco.

Yep, you got er', Tim, cept' for it's clip-point blade that is, I much prefer a spear-point blade, but all the rest is my kindda knife for sure!

What are your thoughts on their RRR020 "Panthera", it's one I'd like to get?

Don’t have a Panthera, but I really like it, Marco! It’s not super big at 4” closed, but it still looks like a handful. And I like the black Micarta - that black makes a really good looking handle. Here’s another one I got - it’s black Micarta, too, but a smooth, glossy look. The Panthers says “Burlap,” so there must be some sort of texture to it - which is great for gripping. This one is 3.78” closed, so not quite as large as the Panthera- and a little slimmer, too, I think.

I have one of those bow trappers, Tim, and it's in black too.
I almost went with that bright red model, but at the last second stuck with my ole' favorite black.
Unless I spot something I like more the "Panthera" will be my next RR!
I still can't believe the knife you get from RR is as good as it is for the price it is!
