In my opinion, a lot of the Stag used by Case in the modern era lacks character or has had too much of its natural character removed in the process of hafting the handle slabs. Nevertheless, it is possible to find a Case knife with unusually interesting stag that hasn't had all its character hafted away.
Here are some of my favorite Case 5207 Stag Mini Trappers
